How do I add addititional equipment to my pledge?
First of all: You can edit your pledge at any point in time during the campaign! Thats important to know, as it takes out most of the pressure.
Once you have pledged towards our project (and you have a confirmation from kickstarter), you are safe. You are in the system, and we will figure all the details out, once the campaign is over.
How to add some extra stuff to your order, STEP BY STEP:
1) Decide which material you would like (eg BASIC beech early bird 119€)
2) Choose your upgrades, for example a. Upgrade your containers to stainless steel: +20€ b. Add the ipad mount: +15€ c. Add some wood oil: +10€
3) Add up all these numbers a. 119€ + 20€ +15€ + 10€ = 164€
4) NOW: Click on the reward you want (eg BASIC beech early bird)
5) Choose your shipping zone (kickstarter will automatically add the shipping costs)
6) Enter the amount you have figured out in step 3 (164€) in „pledge amount“
7) Create a kickstarter account
8) Click „PLEDGE“
9) You are done. Relax and tell all your friends about us.

I backed your project and now I want to add some extras…how do I do that?
10) Go to your Backed Projects page.
11) In the active pledges section, you’ll be able to see your current live pledges, the amounts you’ve decided to pledge, the rewards you’ve selected, and more important details.
12) If you’d like to change a pledge amount or reward selection, just click on the project title next to the corresponding pledge and select edit next to your pledge amount.
13) Do your math and add the cost for the upgrades to the original pledge amount.
14) Again, now you are safe. If you want to add even more stuff, start again. If you want to decrease your pledge, it is the same way.

How will you guys know what I pledged for?
Once this campaign is over, we will send out a survey asking all our backers for the details of their pledge and upgrades.

What if I entered the wrong pledge amount?
You can edit your pledge at any time and as often as you like while the campaign is live. If you are unsure what you should pledge, simply drop us a line and we willl figure it out together. PLEASE NOTE: Once this project is funded, you can no longer decrease or cancel your pledge! But we still can add stuff to your order – again, write us a message and we will sort you out.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
